  1. In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cacao powder, and salt.
  2. Pour in the milk and sweetener. Stir thoroughly to ensure no clumps of cacao powder or chia seeds remain.
  3. Secure the lid on the container.
  4. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
  5. Before serving, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk.
  6. Serve cold, topped with your favourite fruits, nuts, or seeds.
