Ingredients
- Green beans 500g
- Garlic cloves 3
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1 pinch
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan/Gas Mark 6).
- Trim the tough ends off the green beans.
- Thinly slice the garlic cloves.
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans with the olive oil, sliced garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the beans in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly charred in places.
- Serve immediately.
